All services are provided subject to a separate service agreement that will outline specific scope, timeline, and pricing.

Design concepts, drawings, and specifications shared during the consultation process remain our intellectual property until a formal service agreement is signed and full payment is received.

Initial consultations are complimentary and carry no obligation. All quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotations are estimates based on the information provided and may be subject to revision after detailed site assessment.

6. Payment Terms

• An advance payment upon signing the agreement
• Progress payments at defined milestones
• Final payment upon completion and acceptance

All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as explicitly stated in the service agreement.

Project timelines provided are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control including material availability, site conditions, and client-requested changes. We will communicate any anticipated delays promptly.

8. Warranty

Our work is covered by a warranty as specified in the service agreement. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or alterations made by third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

Insignia Living shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
